The pre-screening call with a qualified nurse is free. Doctor consultation fees are disclosed in full before any appointment is confirmed.
That is not something we can promise. The outcome of any consultation is determined by your doctor, following a proper clinical assessment.
At present, consultations are not covered by Medicare or most private health insurers. Costs are always disclosed before an appointment is booked.
Most patients are seen within one week. Pre-screening calls are ordinarily scheduled within one business day.
Yes. Under Australian law, telehealth consultations are equivalent to in-person consultations, conducted via secure video or phone.
